Terms of service

Terms for creating signature artwork and buying optional AI image credits.

1. Operator and acceptance

Signature Studio is operated by 李靖 (Li Jing), an individual developer based in China. Li Jing is responsible for this service and its processing of personal data. Contact for support, privacy, billing and abuse reports: support@ai-signature-generator.com.

By using Signature Studio you agree to these Terms and the AI Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and authorized to use every name you submit. Do not share your account or let others use it to bypass limits.

2. What the service provides

Type and Draw create signature artwork on your device; downloads are rendered on our server. Free exports are 600 × 250 PNG previews with a white background and watermark. Either paid pack unlocks 2400 × 1000 transparent PNG and SVG from Type / Draw, plus original-resolution transparent PNG from AI. AI mode uses APIMart’s Z-Image Turbo image model. AI results are raster images, not editable vector SVGs. Signature Studio is an independent product and does not claim endorsement by the model provider.

The service does not verify identity or consent, witness a signing event, sign contracts on another person’s behalf, issue digital certificates or determine whether an image meets a document’s legal requirements. Check those requirements with the receiving service.

3. AI limitations and your content

AI may misspell a name, omit punctuation, distort strokes or produce similar results for different people. Inspect every image before using it. We do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, suitability, exclusivity or copyright protection. Do not present generated artwork as proof of someone’s handwritten authorization.

You retain any rights you already have in your inputs. You authorize us and our processing providers to handle the name and output as needed to generate, store, deliver and support your request. We do not claim ownership of your name. You may use downloads for lawful personal or commercial purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights; this is not a guarantee that an output is eligible for protection or free of every third-party claim.

4. Free tools and one-time purchases

Type and Draw creation and watermarked previews are free. The AI trial is one preview design in total, not a daily allowance; signing in does not provide another free image. No payment card is required and the trial never converts automatically into a purchase.

There is no subscription, renewal or automatic top-up. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax and final amount appear at checkout. Waffo Pancake handles payment on its hosted checkout. We do not store full card details. Paid checkout is available only when the purchase controls are enabled.

Both packs include 12 months of clean export access from payment confirmation, even after AI credits are exhausted. You may export Type / Draw artwork and re-download saved AI results without consuming AI credits during that access period. This also unlocks clean export of your saved trial result. Signing in alone does not unlock paid exports. AI generation uses the same model and resolution for trial and paid requests; the difference is export access and generation allowance.

5. Delivery, consumption and expiry

Credits are delivered to the signed-in purchasing account after our server confirms payment with Waffo. A return-page visit alone does not prove payment. If an order remains pending, use the account’s payment-status check or contact support with its order reference before buying again.

One successful AI generation uses one credit, reserved when the request starts. Confirmed failures release the reservation. An uncertain submission can remain reserved while its status is unresolved to avoid duplicate paid requests. Free allowance is used first, then the purchased pack that expires soonest. Credits and clean export access expire 12 calendar months after payment confirmation; the date appears in your account. After expiry, a new active pack is required for further clean downloads. Already downloaded files are unaffected. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except under our refund policy or applicable law.

Availability depends on provider capacity and our service limits; a credit pack does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular number of generations per day. We release confirmed failed requests and review paid delivery problems under the Refund Policy. Save downloaded work; storage is not a permanent archival service.

6. Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not forge signatures, impersonate people, infringe rights, create prohibited AI content or bypass security and usage limits. The AI Acceptable Use Policy sets out prohibited content, actual safeguards, reporting and review. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to removal of stored outputs or access restrictions. We consider relevant evidence and allow requests for review through the support channel.

7. Refunds, account closure and termination

Packs with no consumed AI credits and no clean export access events are eligible for a refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase. Used packs are normally non-refundable, with exceptions for duplicate charges, non-delivery, confirmed technical faults and mandatory legal rights. See the full Refund Policy. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a pending payment or constitute a refund request; contact us about both when applicable.

We may restrict access for misuse or legal reasons. If we permanently stop providing prepaid services for reasons unrelated to your breach, unused paid credits will be refunded proportionately. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

8. Liability and applicable law

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or a particular artistic result. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect losses and limit aggregate liability to fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of China, without removing mandatory protections available where you live or your right to use a competent authority or court. Contact support first so we can investigate a service or billing problem.

9. Changes and contact

We will announce material changes on the website at least 14 days before they take effect, except changes needed sooner for law or security. A previously purchased pack keeps its confirmed price and quantity. Font license notices are included with the distributed website files. Questions: support@ai-signature-generator.com.
