AI acceptable use policy

Effective and last updated: September 29, 2026

Create signature artwork for names you are authorized to use. Never use it to forge consent or impersonate another person.

1. Scope and responsibility

Signature Studio is operated by 李靖 (Li Jing), an individual developer based in China. Li Jing is responsible for this service and its processing of personal data. Contact for support, privacy, billing and abuse reports: support@ai-signature-generator.com.

This policy covers names and other inputs, AI-generated signature images, stored results and use of the service. It supplements the Terms. Signature Studio offers name-to-image generation through APIMart’s Z-Image Turbo model, plus local Type and Draw tools. It is not a general image-upload, audio or video-generation service.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

These categories are prohibited even when described as fictional, educational or an attempt to test safeguards. Do not mislead people by presenting AI output as an authentic signature or verified authorization from another person.

3. Safeguards currently in place

AI input accepts a name of up to 60 characters using letters, spaces and limited name punctuation, together with supported style options. The server constructs a fixed signature prompt and applies allowance checks and request limits. Downloads are processed for image size, format and transparency; stored images require the corresponding visitor session or account.

These measures do not establish that a name is authorized or that an image is safe. We do not currently run a dedicated semantic/NSFW input classifier or output image-moderation service, and we do not claim that every result is reviewed before delivery. There is no public gallery or continuous human monitoring. Do not use a result that appears unsafe or infringes someone’s rights.

4. Report an issue

For suspected impersonation, unsafe AI output, infringement or misuse, contact support@ai-signature-generator.com. Include a generation or order reference if available, the page URL, a clear description and evidence you are authorized to share. For a rights complaint, identify the affected work or person and explain your authority to report it. Do not email passwords, card numbers, sensitive documents or illegal imagery; describe the issue and provide a reference instead.

5. Review and action

The operator manually assesses reports, prioritizing credible threats, child-safety concerns and severe unlawful use. Review may involve relevant request records and stored outputs and a request for more information. If misuse is confirmed, action may include a warning, removal of stored content or suspension of access. Where legally required, relevant information may be preserved and reported to authorities.

We limit access to report information to what is necessary for investigation, service operation and legal duties. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality where disclosure is required by law. We do not offer a 24/7 emergency response service or guarantee a fixed review time. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

6. Appeals and privacy

If you believe an action was mistaken, reply through the same contact channel with the reference and any new evidence. The operator will reconsider the decision; we do not claim to have a separate independent appeals team. We may explain the outcome to the extent consistent with other people’s privacy and legal obligations. Handling of reports and retained evidence is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates

We update this page as safeguards and capabilities change. Material changes are announced under the Terms; urgent safety or legal restrictions may take effect sooner. A published policy is not a claim that our service or AI outputs have been approved by a regulator or payment provider.
