Refund policy

Refund terms for one-time AI image packs. There are no subscriptions to cancel.

1. Operator and covered purchases

Signature Studio is operated by 李靖 (Li Jing), an individual developer based in China. Li Jing is responsible for this service and its processing of personal data. Contact for support, privacy, billing and abuse reports: support@ai-signature-generator.com.

This policy covers the Starter and Studio packs described on Pricing. Type / Draw previews and the one-design AI trial are free. Paid credits and clean export access last 12 months from payment confirmation; they do not automatically renew.

2. Unused packs

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used and no clean export has been accessed under the pack. A confirmed failed generation releases its reservation and does not count as a successful use. Contact us while a request is unresolved so we can establish whether credits were consumed.

3. Used packs and delivery problems

Used packs are normally non-refundable. We review duplicate charges, credits not delivered, confirmed technical failures and other rights provided by law. AI results can vary in style, spelling and quality; disappointment alone does not automatically entitle a used pack to a refund, but this does not limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed services. Do not keep retrying a charge or generation if its status is unclear.

4. Request and processing

Email support@ai-signature-generator.com with your purchasing email, order reference, purchase date and a description of the problem. Do not send card numbers or security codes. We verify the payment and relevant usage, ask for missing details if needed, and notify you of the decision. We respond within any deadline imposed by applicable law; we do not guarantee a fixed bank processing time.

Approved refunds go through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. A full refund withdraws that pack’s credits and its clean-export entitlement. A partially refunded pack retains export access until its original expiry if paid entitlement remains. A partial refund reduces the original pack proportionately, rounded up to a whole credit and capped at the pack total. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear; contact us if an approved refund remains unresolved.

5. Mandatory rights

Nothing here removes a statutory cancellation, refund or consumer-protection right. Where special consent is required before immediate digital delivery, merely visiting the website does not waive that right. If prepaid services are permanently discontinued for reasons unrelated to your breach, we refund unused paid credits proportionately.
